Damian Kelly works across our Corporate Affairs, Government Relations and Crisis Communications practices.
A practitioner for more than 30 years, Damian began his career in Sydney as a journalist before moving into corporate communications and as a speechwriter for the NSW Minister for Police.
A successful period leading Government Relations and Public Affairs functions followed, including on large infrastructure projects and for the leading member-based business organisation in the country, leading three Federal election campaigns, 2 State election campaigns and articulating the voice of business during the pandemic.
Damian has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, has served on 2 Boards as a Director, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has acted as a Media Liaison Officer for the Australian Team at 6 Olympic Games.
